This is an exciting product management opportunity focused on broker research, financial content, and third-party data within an AI-powered market intelligence environment.
You will own the integration and ongoing maintenance of critical research content and data feeds, helping ensure a high-quality experience for enterprise users.
The role combines product strategy, stakeholder management, agile delivery, and partnership coordination across internal and external teams.
You will work closely with engineers, research providers, brokers, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable product improvements.
Your work will directly influence how financial professionals discover, access, and use research content and associated data.
You will also identify process gaps, track industry trends, and contribute to a roadmap that balances customer value, costs, and delivery timelines.

- Own the end-to-end integration, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of third-party broker research content and data feeds.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define detailed product and technical requirements for broker data, content, metadata, and workflows.
- Gather, evaluate, and prioritize product and workflow enhancement requests from research providers and internal stakeholders.
- Work iteratively with engineering and agile teams to define scope, deliver features, and continuously improve existing functionality.
- Analyze current processes, workflows, and tools to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with brokers and independent research providers, engaging decision-makers across product, business, technology, and operations.
- Project-manage strategic partnership initiatives with research providers, coordinating activities from initial engagement through successful implementation.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with development teams, balancing costs, benefits, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate successful content launches, including announcements, marketing materials, product documentation, and user and internal training.
- Monitor industry developments and competitive trends to provide insights that inform product strategy and future roadmap decisions.
- Help articulate and deliver a clear vision for research content and data within the broader product experience.
- Maintain strong communication, prioritization, and execution discipline across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in financial services, with specific experience working with broker research.
- Strong understanding of broker research data, content, metadata, and associated client use cases.
- Demonstrated experience delivering content, data, or technology products from initial engagement through release and ongoing improvement.
- Experience working with iterative or agile product development methodologies and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Existing relationships with broker research departments and/or key third-party research distribution vendors are highly advantageous.
- Experience managing distributed or geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage dependencies, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with complex content and data.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Sheets.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, distributed environment.
- Commercial awareness and curiosity about financial markets, research workflows, competitive products, and evolving industry trends.
