About Medici

Medici is building the future of preventive medicine through a highly personalized, hospitality-driven approach to healthcare. Our Executive Health Center delivers an elevated, end-to-end exam experience where patients receive advanced diagnostics, AI-driven screenings, comprehensive cardiovascular and performance testing, and a personalized physician consultation—all in one streamlined visit.

Our clinic is designed around exceptional patient care, efficiency, and attention to detail, creating an environment where patients feel cared for like VIPs and clinicians can practice at the top of their craft.

Beyond the clinic, Medici is expanding its approach to proactive health through Medici Peptides and Dr. Gabi, our AI health companion.

About the Role:

The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a critical support role in delivering Medici’s Executive Health Exam experience. Working under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Physician, the MA supports diagnostic workflows, patient flow, and clinical operations while helping ensure a polished, calm, and efficient patient experience.

This is a part-time position (28 hours per week). The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM CT.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a premium, low-volume clinical environment and enjoys supporting advanced diagnostics and preventive care.

What you will work on

  • Support smooth patient flow across all assessment components while maintaining comfort, privacy, and confidentiality

  • Obtain vitals and assist with intake measurements and documentation

  • Independently perform venipuncture/blood draws and appropriately process lab specimens

  • Prepare and position patients for DEXA scans

  • Perform/Support AI-enabled skin analysis

  • Perform vision and hearing testing

  • Perform functional fitness evaluations

  • Document procedures and completed screenings accurately in the EMR and communicate efficiently with the RN and physician

  • Turn over rooms between patients and maintain clean, stocked, patient-ready clinical spaces

  • Assist with equipment setup/breakdown and basic troubleshooting; follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines

  • Support clinic operations outside of the Executive Health Assessment, including assisting with our Peptide workflow.

What you will bring
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

  • Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)

  • Hands-on phlebotomy experience required, including demonstrated proficiency performing venipuncture and blood draws independently

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for an executive-level patient population

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured protocols
