Northbound Health, serving the greater Phoenix area, provides compassionate, individualized care to children, young adults, and adults with developmental disabilities. Founded in 2020, we focus on promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellness through services like attendant care, habilitation, respite, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Support clients with daily living skills: cooking, shopping, money management, hygiene, and social skills.

Work on daily goals set by the client’s family.

Document and record members progress with daily goals

Foster independence and positive growth in a home or community setting.

What We Require:
3 Months of Caregiving Experience Minimum Required

Must be 18 years or older.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current registration.

Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities.

Complete required training/certifications within 30 days of hire:

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

Article 9 Certificate

CPR/First Aid

Direct Care Worker (DCW) Fundamentals

Preventative and Support Training

Preferred but not required: Prior caregiving or healthcare experience.
