Accountabilities:

You will own the growth and retention of assigned enterprise accounts while developing new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships across customer organizations.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by building strong, positive relationships across an established portfolio of clients.
  • Manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and win-back initiatives.
  • Own negotiations, contracting, approvals, and other stages of the sales process from opportunity through close.
  • Partner with sales leadership on complex deals involving multiple decision-makers, products, funding sources, or other stakeholders.
  • Develop account plans and coordinate internal sales resources to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Prospect proactively, identify and qualify new opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and close business against annual sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data to support territory management, account planning, forecasting, and sales visibility.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing teams to strengthen retention and support business reviews and win-back campaigns.
  • Build and expand relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Apply sound judgment and independently determine appropriate approaches to complex sales situations.
  • Complete required certifications and contribute to additional business priorities as assigned.
  • Travel to customer sites and other business locations as needed, with expected travel of at least 40%.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales experience, a proven record of exceeding commercial targets, and the ability to manage complex relationships across multiple senior stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex sales, winning new clients, managing portfolios of 25+ accounts, and meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Ability to quickly assess client environments from business process, organizational, and technology perspectives and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and business communication skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
  • Strong sales methodology and proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate across teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through training, mentorship, stakeholder relationships, and structured programs.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt approaches to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to manage pressure, stressful situations, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, or weekend hours when business needs require it.
  • Ability to travel using various forms of transportation and spend at least 40% of working time traveling to customers.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available where required.

Benefits:

  • Generous paid time off during the first year, increasing with tenure.
  • Up to 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave after one year of employment.
  • Paid sick time for personal or family needs.
  • Education assistance and extensive training resources.
