- Balance immediate operational problem-solving with the development of a scalable long-term product and operating model.
- Use customer and operational insights to influence broader product strategy, workflows, and business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience executing, designing, or leading digital takedown services, with meaningful ownership across the takedown lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of how takedown requirements and execution differ by threat type, provider, platform, geography, evidence standards, and legal or policy basis.
- Experience with relevant digital risk use cases such as phishing, malicious websites, domain abuse, impersonation, trademark or copyright infringement, social media abuse, or exposed code and data.
- Proven ability to transform complex, manual operational processes into product strategies, requirements, workflows, and scalable technology solutions.
- Technical fluency with APIs, automation, integrations, AI-assisted workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Strong judgment when evaluating customer impact, false positives, liability, authorization requirements, and situations requiring legal or specialist involvement.
- Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Legal, Support, and commercial teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with registrars, hosting providers, platforms, or other disruption partners, or demonstrated willingness and ability to develop these relationships.
- Strong product strategy, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Hands-on and curious approach, with the ability to address immediate challenges while simultaneously building sustainable long-term solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams and clearly articulate complex requirements.
- Comfortable operating in an evolving environment with ambiguity, competing priorities, and broad ownership.
