Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all areas of litigation including preparing cases for trial and handle a variety of paralegal duties for state and federal court cases. Responsibilities:
- Understand litigation motion practice, discovery and trial procedures with ability to administratively manage all phases of case
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Draft and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle voluminous production
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience & Skills:
- Must have prior paralegal work experience in legal field. Insurance defense work is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures.
- Draft, prepare and file legal documents.
- Efficiently manage case file including correspondence, court filings, and production.
- Manage deadlines and ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
- E-filing motions and pleadings.
- Excellent research, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to transcribe audio recordings accurately and efficiently, preferred but not required.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
