Mitigation Laborer
Part-Time | In-Person
West Palm Beach and Surrounding Areas
$16.00 - $18.00 per Hour
Join Our Growing West Palm Beach Team Entrusted is hiring a part-time, Mitigation Laborer (internally called Mitigation Technician) for our West Palm Beach branch and surrounding areas - Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale.
Responsibilities
- Assess and communicate a plan to restore water, fire, or mold damaged homes
- Remove damaged materials and set up mitigation equipment
- Perform demolition and clean up completed jobs
- Wear required PPE
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Coachable, service-minded team player
- Comfortable with physical labor

- $16 – $18/hour
- Part-time schedule (20–30 hours/week) — ideal alongside school or other commitments
- Hands-on training and tools provided
