This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Educational Sales Consultant, Mid-Atlantic, Carson Dellosa based in United States.

This is a customer-facing sales opportunity focused on expanding access to high-quality supplemental educational resources across schools and districts in the Mid-Atlantic region.
You will build trusted relationships with educators, administrators, and education leaders while understanding their unique needs and priorities.
The role combines consultative selling, strategic territory planning, product expertise, and engaging presentations to drive meaningful sales growth.
You will collaborate closely with field sales teams to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and deliver tailored solutions.
A strong understanding of the education landscape will help you connect products and resources to real classroom and district needs.
This is an ideal role for someone who brings both educational experience and commercial drive, with a passion for helping educators and learners succeed.

Accountabilities
  • Drive sales of supplemental educational resources to new and existing school, district, and education department customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Partner closely with field sales managers and representatives to develop account strategies, coordinate outreach, deliver presentations, and execute sales initiatives.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with educators, teachers, administrators, and school district leaders by developing a deep understanding of their needs and priorities.
  • Provide personalized guidance and recommendations throughout the customer buying process, ensuring solutions align with educational goals and customer requirements.
  • Leverage market knowledge and product expertise to identify new sales opportunities and expand adoption across assigned accounts.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations and demonstrations to a wide range of education professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the full portfolio of educational products and solutions in order to effectively communicate their value.
  • Monitor changing education market trends, customer priorities, and competitive developments to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to prospect targeted school districts and state education departments.
  • Develop, execute, and continuously refine a strategic territory action plan designed to achieve sales objectives and maximize regional growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Manage multiple sales initiatives and customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining strong follow-through and service quality.
  • Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, presentations, and other education-related engagements.
  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to meet customers and support sales activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in educational sales.
  • Previous experience selling supplemental educational resources or comparable products and solutions.
  • 5+ years of teaching and/or school administration experience, providing a strong understanding of educators, schools, and district environments.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences through both formal presentations and one-on-one conversations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting educators through supplemental learning and family engagement solutions.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to understand needs, build trust, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Creative and strategic approach to identifying opportunities and developing customer-focused solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and customer engagements from initiation through completion.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a broader sales team.
  • High energy, compassion, initiative, and enthusiasm for working with education professionals.
  • Ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate the value of a broad range of educational products.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
  • Must live within approximately 45 minutes of a major airport.
