Job Description
Client Care Coordinator | $18–$27/hr
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 5–8 hour shifts
Compensation: $18–$27/hr, depending on experience
Nashville Veterinary Specialists & Animal Emergency (NVS) is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys helping clients, supporting veterinary teams, and working in a fast-paced specialty and emergency hospital environment.

Monday–Friday
5–8 hour shifts
Coordinate client communication, including scheduling appointments, work-ins, and follow-up calls.
Greet clients and help create a welcoming, organized experience from check-in through discharge.
Respond to client phone calls, messages, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate prescription refill requests with veterinary teams and communicate with pharmacies as needed.
Provide clients with daily updates regarding hospitalized patients and facilitate communication with the medical team.
Assist with client visits and provide support throughout the patient’s stay.
Conduct post-discharge follow-up calls to check on patient progress and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Client Service Representatives, Client Care Coordinators, doctors, and veterinary teams to support an efficient client experience and appropriately direct medical questions.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and compassionate approach.
Ability to remain organized, calm, and attentive to client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively with clients, doctors, veterinary technicians, and other hospital team members.
Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology and ezyVet or similar veterinary practice management software is a plus.
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
