Job Description
Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.
This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.
The Role
This role supports the Community Lead in bringing Air's programming calendar to life. You'll be the hands-on partner who keeps events running smoothly, content moving on schedule, and the Air HQ space ready to host. This is a high-visibility role with significant impact, ideal for someone interested in producing events and content in the creative world, in a fast-moving environment.
This role is equal parts creative strategist, operator, and producer—someone who thrives on bringing people together and From intimate dinners and panels to workshops and unexpected creative collaborations, you'll produce experiences that strengthen Air's presence in New York's creative community and make Air a place people want to keep coming back to.

Core Responsibilities
Produce and host events at Air HQ.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for guests, vendors, and partners; welcoming attendees and keeping events running smoothly from setup through breakdown.
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of all community and Air HQ events: dinners, panels, screenings, parties, and customer events.
Support event programming and content production.
- Help maintain a forward-looking event and content calendar across simultaneous productions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, planning meetings, and production walkthroughs.
- Partner with external partners and vendors to deliver high-impact experiences while maintaining fiscal discipline and operational excellence.
- Contribute to Air’s position as a known and trusted curator of events for creatives.
Manage the process layer of events and content.
- Operationalize content operations to support VP of Content, Community Lead, Senior Writer, and external media partners.
- Coordinate with culinary producer and part-time content producer to manage event and content logistics.
- Manage event content and communication: coordinate photo and video capture and draft event outreach, reminders, and recaps (for internal and external use).
- Turn community into content: blog posts, social recaps, LinkedIn, case studies, etc.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4+ years of experience in event production or community management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally in SaaS or technology-driven industries).
- Technical Ability: Proficient in using event platforms and CRM/automation tools (Salesforce). Strong project management and budget/vendor negotiation skills. Comfortable using collaborative design tools like Figma.
- Process & Systems: Detail-oriented and organized, with an interest in helping build the processes behind the programs.
- Collaborative + Gritty: Cross-functional communicator who can move quickly, stay aligned with stakeholders, and help ship improvements every week.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: You like to work in public, own problems end-to-end, and move with intentional speed - so your best ideas ship fast and make a visible dent.

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this role is USD $75,000 - $115,000 + equity, commensurate with experience.
