Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in McAllen, Texas at AllTerra Central

We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring products are delivered safely and on time to our customers while also supporting daily warehouse operations.

• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Load and secure products for transport according to assigned delivery routes.
• Deliver products to customers safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery and stocking locations.
• Unload products according to customer specifications.
• Review deliveries with customers to verify order accuracy.
• Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Maintain communication with the office regarding completed and upcoming deliveries.

• Safely load trucks and trailers while adhering to weight and safety guidelines.
• Organize loads efficiently for multiple delivery stops.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight, including 18-wheel trailers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and other warehouse functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate equipment safely.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, and position items weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical labor.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet scheduled delivery and warehouse deadlines.
• Professional communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
