The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and can independently drive initiatives from ambiguity to completion.

Accountabilities:
  • Process revenue orders by reviewing terms and conditions, quote approvals, configurations, and other requirements to ensure clean and accurate bookings.
  • Provide day-to-day Level 1 support and administration for Salesforce, CPQ, and other Sales platforms used by field teams.
  • Develop and maintain customized Salesforce solutions, including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Monitor forecasting activity and work closely with sales representatives to ensure deals align with revenue, ACV, and financial expectations.
  • Drive Sales Operations projects and system enhancements focused on streamlining the end-to-end sales process.
  • Design, build, and maintain sales reports and dashboards that provide actionable insight into system usage, forecasting quality, and behavioral trends.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to explain the story behind performance data and support informed decision-making.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across sales workflows and develop practical solutions to improve operational execution.
  • Provide field teams with training and guidance on sales platforms, processes, and workflows.
  • Document sales processes and workflows and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Maintain strong data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales systems.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Use AI tools to automate or accelerate analysis, reporting, documentation, and other Revenue Operations activities, with a focus on measurable improvements in productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or another relevant business-oriented discipline.
  • 3–5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Cases, Assets/Install Base, Orders, Reporting, and general platform navigation.
  • Experience working with a CPQ system; Kugamon experience is strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, Salesforce AI features, or comparable solutions to improve analysis, reporting, documentation, or operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve work performance, with specific examples of automation or acceleration and measurable impact on cycle time, accuracy, or output quality.
  • Proven experience driving projects from initiation through successful completion.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, CRM workflows, and data quality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong initiative and confidence working independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to influence processes and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • High personal accountability, with consistent ownership of commitments, outcomes, and follow-through.
  • Strong self-management skills, including independent prioritization and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous or complex problems into clear, practical, and repeatable processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Sales and other business functions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and tight timelines.

Benefits:

  • Fixed-term contract running from October 1, 2026 through February 26, 2027.
  • United States-based opportunity.
  • Contract-based engagement structured for a 1099 independent contractor.
  • Opportunity to work on Revenue Operations within a rapidly growing technology environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to Salesforce, CPQ, forecasting, sales analytics, and revenue process optimization.
  • Opportunity to apply AI tools to real-world operational challenges and demonstrate measurable productivity gains.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and other business stakeholders.
  • Flexible time-off and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Health and wellness benefits and financial benefit programs, customized according to location and engagement structure.
  • Opportunity to contribute to operational improvements supporting cybersecurity solutions used by major organizations and critical infrastructure.
  • Background verification is required for successful candidates.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
