Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys keeping systems and users running smoothly? American Communities is seeking a Yardi Helpdesk Administrator to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across the organization and play a key role in daily IT operations.

This role is responsible for resolving support tickets, managing user onboarding and access, maintaining IT hardware and software, and tracking assets and inventory. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to support office setups, coordinate procurement, and ensure seamless technology experiences company-wide.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of IT support experience, a customer-first mindset, and solid knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows, and Mac systems. If you're organized, resourceful, and ready to be the heartbeat of our tech support, we want to hear from you.
