MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Graves Gilbert Clinic

• Conducts day to day general maintenance tasks;
• Clearing drain blockages;
• Basic Electrical tasks;
• Basic Plumbing tasks;
• Assembly/installation/repair of special equipment;
• Minor repairs of mechanical equipment (water circulation pumps, etc.);
• Basic carpentry work;
• Changing light bulbs;
• Moving furniture/equipment;
• Handling materials for shredding;
• Assisting with seasonal tasks such as ice-melt, shoveling, landscape tasks, leaf cleanup, etc.;
• As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and maintain associated workplace trainings.
• Other duties as necessary/assigned within all GGC satellite locations.

• 5+ years work experience in related field/skilled trade;
• Certification, degree, licensure helpful but not required;
• Ability to lift 100 lbs without restriction;
• Ability to follow instructions accurately;
• Ability to stand for lengths of time and walk distances;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• High standard of work ethic;
• Ability to meet deadlines and deal with climate extremes;
• Solid mechanical knowledge base;
• Maintain valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
