Equipment Mechanic in Peapack, New Jersey at Matheny Medical and Educational Center

Located in Somerset County, Matheny Medical and Educational Center has an opportunity available for a Part Time Equipment Mechanic. This position is three days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Duties of this position include:

• Maintain and repair medical equipment and devices
• Manage the medical equipment inventory
• Maintain accurate maintenance, repair and inspection records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and specialized servicing
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend replacement or upgrades when necessary
• Maintain inventory of repair parts, tools and supplies

The hourly wage for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Licensure/Certifications

ASHE Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker (CHCPEW) preferred.
