- $28.00-$32.00 an hour
- Up to$4,000a year in Quarterly Bonuses

- 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent and must have strong plumbing skills.

- HVAC experience (prefer hands on experience and either EPA or HVAC certification)

- Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid drivers license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
