Job Description

Description:

Animal Outpatient Specialty Network (AOSN) is a privately owned, U.S.- based veterinary outpatient specialty company built around a unified group of board-certified veterinary specialists. Our doctors practice across surgery, dermatology, oncology, dentistry, ophthalmology, cardiology, and internal medicine.

AOSN has become the partner of choice for board-certified veterinary specialists and the provider of choice for pet parents throughout the United States — delivering exceptional patient care and real peace of mind for the pet parents we serve.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports AOSN’s marketing initiatives and takes a primary role in the creative development of graphic design projects and the tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and management team, this role translates corporate messaging and communication goals into compelling, persuasive marketing media for AOSN’s targeted customer segments.

Day to day, the Coordinator helps optimize our marketing programs by producing marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, overseeing creative design, safeguarding brand standards, updating the company website, maintaining online assets, and handling general marketing activities. Creative thinking is essential to the work — driving our creative narrative, strengthening our brand, improving digital communication with clients, and supporting business growth through effective campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative and Design:

• Work across a wide range of projects and media, using design software to visualize and develop original graphic designs that meet business goals.

• Develop design layouts and concepts based on business needs, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and manage each project through to successful deployment.

• Obtain input from management to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.

• Examine existing creative processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions that improve design capabilities.

• Manage and organize company creative assets.

Digital and Social Media:

• Support the development, management, and execution of digital content streams (visual, audio, video) across both original and curated formats.

• Execute social media content production and distribution, and manage company social accounts.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to develop and source content for digital platforms.

• Update the company website and maintain online marketing assets.

Project Management:

• Work both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

• Schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.

Requirements:

Education:

• Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong graphic design skills.

• Active and fluent across current social media platforms.

• Project management ability, with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Focus and follow-through, with the ability to work efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• AOSN offers a compensation package commensurate with this opportunity. The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $85,000. Actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.

• Vacation allowance, paid holidays, sick time.

• Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage, Health Savings Accounts, and wellbeing support including free counseling and referral services.

• Savings and retirement resources, including a 401(k) plan, flexible spending accounts, retirement readiness tools, advisor support, rollover support, and financial wellbeing counseling.

• Life insurance, supplemental health protection plans, legal counseling, identity theft protection, commuter benefits, and more.

Equal Employment Opportunity

AOSN is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law
