About the Role
Peritia is seeking a high-impact, relationship-driven business development professional to drive commercial growth across our Value and Evidence practice. This is a client-facing sales position responsible for originating, developing, and expanding business across the full breadth of our HEOR and Market Access capabilities.
This individual will operate as a strategic seller and trusted advisor, engaging with biotech, pharma, and medical device clients to shape evidence strategies that support product value, reimbursement, and access. The role requires the ability to position and sell integrated solutions—including economic modeling, literature reviews, HTA strategy, evidence landscapes, and real-world evidence—within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of payer and HTA dynamics and can translate evolving evidence requirements into tailored, high-value engagements.
Scope of the Role
- Reports to: HEOR Leadership
- Territory: Key global Life Sciences markets
- Environment: Complex, consultative B2B services sales with long cycles and multiple stakeholders across Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a pipeline of HEOR/Value and Evidence opportunities, driving deals from early-stage identification through close with strong execution discipline.
- Identify and prioritize prospects, particularly those approaching product launch, payer negotiations, or HTA submissions.
- Lead sales engagements by diagnosing client needs and positioning the full suite of Peritia’s HEOR capabilities, including:
- Health economic and outcomes modeling
- Systematic and targeted literature reviews
- HTA strategy and submissions
- Evidence generation planning and landscapes
- Real-world evidence studies and analyses
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive both new business and expansion within existing clients.
- Build and maintain relationships across key buyer groups, including HEOR, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial
- Represent Peritia at industry conferences (ISPOR, AMCP, etc.), building visibility and generating qualified opportunities.
- Work with the technical leads to drive the sales process
- Work closely with Marketing internally to drive the messaging across social media and other sales platforms
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in life sciences services sales, with direct responsibility for selling HEOR, market access, real-world evidence, or related scientific services.
- Demonstrated ability to sell across the full Value and Evidence continuum, not just point solutions.
- Deep familiarity with HEOR and Market Access stakeholders and decision-making processes.
- Experience working with both emerging biotech and established pharmaceutical companies.
- Proven ability to build and grow a book of business, with success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.

Location & Travel Remote. Travel required for client meetings, industry conferences, and internal collaboration.
