  • Translate complex networking concepts into clear recommendations for technical teams, decision-makers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Apply expertise across WAN routing, carrier Ethernet, optical transport, data center interconnect, access networking, and network automation.
  • Support the adoption of automation and programmable networking through technologies such as Python, REST APIs, NETCONF/YANG, Ansible, Git, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in networking architecture, systems engineering, consulting, or a related technical discipline.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Juniper MX, PTX, and ACX platforms and strong knowledge of service provider WAN and enterprise edge architectures.
  • Expert-level knowledge of BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing concepts, L2VPN/L3VPN, and EVPN services.
  • Experience with data center interconnect, DWDM optical transport, metro and long-haul transport architectures, and Layer 1 transport or wavelength services.
  • Working knowledge of Passive Optical Networking (PON), fiber access, broadband access, and enterprise access technologies.
  • Experience with network automation frameworks and operational tooling, including familiarity with Python, REST APIs, NETCONF/YANG, Ansible, Git-based workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Experience with EVPN/VXLAN data center fabrics, modern data center networking, cloud connectivity, network telemetry, observability, and network assurance is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure networking, high-performance data center architectures, security integration, network segmentation, and policy-based networking is a plus.
  • Experience working with service providers, telecommunications organizations, large enterprises, or strategic technology partners.
  • Proven ability to engage directly with customer architects, network engineering teams, technical decision-makers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical discussions, influence architectural decisions, and work effectively across functions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, resilient, and practical technical architectures.
  • Relevant certifications such as JNCIP-SP, JNCIE-SP, JNCIP-ENT, CCNP/CCIE Service Provider, CCNP/CCIE Enterprise, MEF Carrier Ethernet, or relevant cloud/network automation certifications are preferred; equivalent technical experience may be considered.

  • Compensation mix: Target compensation is structured as 75% base salary and 25% target-level sales compensation.
  • Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, training, and skill level.
  • Remote/teleworker work model, with flexibility designed to support both professional responsibilities and personal needs.
  • Comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits supporting physical, financial, and emotional wellness.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development through career programs, learning resources, and pathways to expand expertise or explore other areas of the organization.
  • Inclusive work environment that values diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and individual contributions.
