  • Strong project management experience, with PMI certification or equivalent considered highly desirable.
  • Proven experience developing support, maintenance, and service delivery policies and procedures.
  • Hands-on expertise with enterprise infrastructure, including Windows environments, Tomcat, BIRT, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle databases, and related technologies.
  • Experience designing enterprise software deployment strategies, data migration approaches, and scalable implementation models.
  • Familiarity with performance management methodologies such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to engage executive and technical audiences.
  • Additional IT certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel extensively on an international basis.
Benefits
  • Opportunity to lead strategic international technical services initiatives with global impact.
  • Work within a collaborative, multicultural environment alongside cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Career development opportunities in a leadership role with significant strategic influence.
  • Exposure to large-scale public sector digital transformation and enterprise software implementation projects.
