Starting Salary: $80,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Lead with Purpose. Serve with Excellence.Platinum Parking is seeking a mission-driven leader to oversee parking garage and valet operations supporting Children’s Health in Dallas and Plano.

· Lead multi-site garage and valet operations with a focus on safety, dignity, and service excellence
· Build and mentor a professional, diverse, and family-focused management team
· Own full P&L performance across Dallas and Plano operations
· Ensure staffing models support peak hospital volumes and patient needs
· Maintain strict revenue control, cash handling, and compliance standards
· Conduct safety audits to protect patients, families, employees, and visitors
· Partner closely with hospital leadership to support operational alignment and continuous improvement
· Lead special projects including construction impacts, campus changes, and traffic flow improvements
· Implement service enhancements that improve arrival, departure, and overall campus access experience

What You Bring· Proven experience as both a Garage Manager and Valet Manager (required)
· Experience leading multi-site or high-volume operations preferred
· Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership
· Ability to lead leaders and build accountable teams
· Professional presence in healthcare or high-service environments
· Commitment to integrity, compassion, and operational excellence
