About the role
The Project Coordinator provides project administration, coordination, and operational support to the Deployment team throughout the project lifecycle, helping ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and positioned for successful execution of high-profile, large-format advertising infrastructure projects.
As the organizational hub of the project team, they help connect internal departments, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project managers by maintaining accurate project information, coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and supporting day-to-day project operations. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys solving problems, managing details, and contributing to the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
What you'll do
- Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle, from project initiation through construction and closeout.
- Maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate project meetings, document meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up items.
- Prepare recurring project status reports and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and administration of contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Support project budget tracking, cost reporting, and forecasting activities.
- Process project invoices and support invoice approvals.
- Coordinate design review meetings and track engineering and design deliverables.
- Track procurement activities, fabrication schedules, and material deliveries.
- Coordinate project communications among Development, Design, Operations, Finance, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist with scheduling site visits and supporting construction activities.
- Maintain project punch lists and track completion of outstanding items.
- Maintain project information within Salesforce and other project management systems.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and documentation standards
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Deployment team as needed.
Qualifications
Required- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, architecture, development, or project management teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience using Salesforce or similar project management and tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to project sites throughout the United States.
- Experience supporting commercial construction, infrastructure, engineering, development, or specialty construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, permitting, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience with budgeting, invoice processing, purchase orders, and project financial tracking.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Exposure to digital signage, LED technology, structural steel, electrical systems, or out-of-home advertising is a plus.

The Project Coordinator role provides broad exposure to every phase of delivering large-format advertising infrastructure projects—from engineering and permitting through procurement, construction, and project closeout. Team members develop a strong foundation in project coordination, construction administration, project controls, and cross-functional collaboration while working alongside experienced Project Managers on some of the industry's most visible media installations.
As experience and responsibilities grow, this position offers a defined pathway to advancement into Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles within the Deployment team.
The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(NYC Office )
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(LA Office )
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Cbus Office )
