Position: Parts Warehouse Associate, Full Time

What You'll Do

As a Parts Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for getting the right parts into the right hands — fast. From supporting walk-in customers to managing inventory and keeping the warehouse running smoothly, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients stay up and running.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Welcoming walk-in and phone-in customers and helping them with parts inquiries

  • Researching and fulfilling parts orders, estimates, and special requests

  • Placing daily orders with multiple equipment parts vendors

  • Pulling, packing, and shipping customer parts accurately and efficiently

  • Communicating proactively about upcoming parts promotions and customer needs

  • Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback

  • Handling payments and following proper cash account procedures

  • Making outbound calls and sending emails to follow up on leads and orders

  • Assisting in weekly inventory counts and ensuring data is accurately entered in the system

  • Loading, unloading, receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items

  • Inspecting all incoming and outgoing items for damage or discrepancies

  • Keeping the parts counter and warehouse organized and clean

  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions as needed

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to hustle. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get the job done, you’re exactly who we want.

You’ll need:

  • Strong computer skills for inventory entry and order management

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, crouching, reaching)

  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • A team-player attitude with the drive to go the extra mile

  • Enjoys and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in parts, warehousing, or heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
