This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Manager NA, Net New based in the United States.

This leadership role focuses on building and scaling a high-performing net new business sales team across North America, with a strong emphasis on enterprise customer acquisition. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition, ensuring consistent execution against ambitious booking targets. The role blends strategic sales leadership with hands-on operational involvement, including coaching, hiring, and performance management. You will partner closely with marketing and senior sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and implement scalable outbound and ABM motions. This is a highly data-driven environment where CRM accuracy, forecasting discipline, and sales process optimization are critical. The position is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and is passionate about building repeatable, high-impact sales motions.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of net new Account Executives focused on enterprise new logo acquisition across North America.
  • Drive achievement and overachievement of booking targets through structured coaching, performance management, and deal strategy support.
  • Partner with senior sales and marketing leadership to design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound sales strategies.
  • Define target account segmentation and refine outreach strategies using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and similar platforms.
  • Improve sales efficiency by identifying successful motions, standardizing best practices, and scaling them across the team.
  • Coach AEs on discovery, stakeholder mapping, business case development, and value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Ensure strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and reliable pipeline management for leadership visibility.
  • Continuously refine sales playbooks and processes to improve conversion rates, pipeline generation, and overall team performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in net new B2B SaaS sales with a strong focus on complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales leadership, managing and developing Account Executive teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue quotas and performance targets.
  • Strong experience driving new business acquisition strategies across the North American market.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and structured discovery processes.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Apollo.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in global, fast-paced SaaS environments.
