Warehouse Technician in Victor, New York at Health System Services Ltd

As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll play an important role behind the scenes—making sure medical equipment and supplies are clean, organized, properly maintained, and ready to go when our patients need them.

• Clean and sanitize medical equipment and supplies while following infection control procedures.
• Stock, organize, and maintain equipment and supplies throughout the warehouse.
• Track and monitor sterilized equipment to ensure it is safe and ready for operational use.
• Work alongside the Biomedical team to assist with equipment maintenance.
• Pull and prepare medical equipment and supplies for Delivery Technicians based on delivery tickets and orders.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is clean, functional, and patient-ready.
• Assist with deliveries and the setup of oxygen and other medical equipment as needed.
• Provide minor equipment repair support when needed.
• Provide backup support for on-call services, including critical deliveries or repairs during emergencies or time-sensitive situations.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in patients’ homes and nursing facilities as needed.
• Educate and instruct customers on the proper use of medical equipment and supplies when needed.
• Follow all required safety programs and applicable motor vehicle laws while demonstrating safe driving practices.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Previous Home Medical Equipment (HME) experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills preferred.

• 10:00am - 6:30pm, full-time hours
• Monday - Friday

Compensation

• $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience
