Aerobraze Engineered Technologies, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.
Our 90,000-square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio houses a dedicated team of 50+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities. Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide.

As our Shop Technician you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and make a lasting impact on our success by maintaining and supporting the production process.

Essential Responsibilities

• Create quality assemblies and alloy applications according to provided instructions
• Ensure the smooth operation of production processes by following your router
• Adhere to standards and procedures regarding traceability
• Maintain good housekeeping techniques
• Ensure all equipment is properly set up & used in safe manner and that all safety devices are in use
• Utilize hand tools to bench (post process) parts related to customer orders. This includes files, Dremel’s, air guns, sandpaper, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in shop environment
• Ability to read and understand instructions for quality and safety
• Basic mechanical skills and math
• Multi-tasking, organizational skills, attention to detail
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in Art, Sculpting, Metal Finishing and Modeling is a PLUS
