About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PRN Housekeeper to join our Johns Creek, GA team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety protocols, and manages time effectively to keep our facilities operating smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Sanitization & Hygiene: Clean, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, floors, counters, and showers according to facility guidelines.
- General Maintenance: Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust woodwork, doorways, and high-touch areas.
- Waste Management: Regularly empty trash cans, recycle bins, and disposal receptacles throughout the facility.
- Supply Replenishment: Restock essential supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet tissue) in client rooms, common spaces, and high-traffic areas.
- Inventory & Chemical Handling: Identify, track, rotate, and safely store housekeeping inventory and chemicals. Understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) and proper usage for all cleaning agents.
- Receiving & Documentation: Receive, document, and properly store incoming deliveries and housekeeping inventory.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant OSHA regulations, standard safety practices, and environmental compliance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic housekeeping tools, materials, SDS/MSDS guidelines, and standard safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability in basic writing, organization, inventory documentation, and effective time management.
- Professional Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professional decorum.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry cleaning equipment or supplies up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
- Operational Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a record of responsible driving
