We are seeking Packaging Technology Engineers who are passionate about electronics, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting electronic product development, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring reliable product performance from the very beginning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement packaging design solutions to meet product requirements, manufacturing needs, and cost objectives.
• Create, build, and validate engineering samples to support product development and packaging design verification.
• Conduct product reliability validation and Failure Analysis/Corrective Action (FACA) activities to identify issues and implement improvements.
• Prepare, maintain, and release system documentation for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) phases, including engineering and process documents.
• Develop and manage packaging Bill of Materials (BOM) and Design of Experiments (DOE) plans to optimize packaging performance and manufacturing processes.
