What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher / Prep Cook, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team, helping maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while supporting exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipmentAssisting with food preparation following recipes and chef instructionsKeeping kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitaryProperly storing food and following food-safety standardsAssisting with restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setupParticipating in team meetings and trainingWorking closely with kitchen and service staff to keep operations running smoothlyFollowing resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable, punctual, and dependablePositive, hardworking, and team-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environmentCommitted to cleanliness, food safety, and qualityFlexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays when neededA high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to:

Stand and walk for extended periodsLift up to 20 pounds regularlyFrequently use hands and arms for food preparation and cleaningOccasionally bend, reach, and climb
