About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UX Information Architect to join our dynamic team as we develop and enhance our digital product offerings. As an Information Architect, you will be responsible for designing the structure and organization of information within our digital platform to ensure a seamless user experience and efficient information retrieval for end users.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a clear and logical structure for organizing and presenting information within our platform, ensuring easy navigation and efficient access to content and features.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform information architecture decisions.

- Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to visually represent the structure and navigation of our digital platform.

- Create and maintain information architecture documentation, including site maps, taxonomies, and content models.

- Optimize information retrieval by implementing effective search functionality and metadata strategies.

- Ensure consistency and coherence across different platforms and devices by establishing design patterns and guidelines.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the information architecture of our platform and propose improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in information architecture and user experience design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information science, human-computer interaction, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as an Information Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

- Proficient in using wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure).

- Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing methodologies.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture best practices.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and user insights to inform design decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
