About the Role
You'll be the first voice our future teammates hear and the person who helps them thrive once they arrive. You'll find standout talent for sales, client success, production, and creative roles, run first-round screens, and hand leadership a shortlist they'll be excited to meet.
Your impact continues past the offer letter. You'll drive onboarding, welcoming new hires, coordinating their first weeks, and supporting them through training, while partnering closely with leadership to build the team.
What You'll Do
Find and engage great candidates
- Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, Job Boards, OpenDorse Partnership and your own outreach
- Contact and follow up with candidates by phone, email, and LinkedIn
Partner with leadership
- Lead first-round sourcing and screening, then pass the baton to leadership for next-round interviews
- Write clear interview summaries and advocate for the candidates you believe in
- Track every candidate's stage in the hiring process in internal platforms, and keep leadership updated on where each one stands
Own onboarding
- Coordinate paperwork, reference checks, equipment setup, and travel
- Welcome new hires on day one and check in throughout training, 30/60/90 days
- Serve as Training Coordinator for new-hire classes, including basic sales training
- Be a go-to resource as new hires settle in
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Onboarding or new-hire training experience
- Knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Hands-on experience successfully recruiting sales executives
- Strong phone, video, and written communication with candidates
- Exceptional ability to present and advocate for candidates to leadership
- A team player who works well with leadership and across departments
- Strong attention to detail and time management, able to hit weekly targets while keeping records accurate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting Client-facing roles
- 1+ years of HR experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and ADP
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Base Salary Range: $52,000 - $55,000
