Team Member - Bullring & Colmore Row in Birmingham, England at Maverick Restaurants Limited

We’re looking for friendly, reliable Team Members to join our Birmingham team, working across both our Colmore Row and Bullring restaurants.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll be preparing fresh food, serving customers, keeping the restaurant clean and organised, and helping the wider team deliver a great experience every shift.

What we’re looking for

• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Happy working in a fast-paced environment

• Available to work a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends

• Able and willing to work at both Colmore Row and Bullring

• Previous hospitality experience is welcome, but not essential

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and serving food to Zambrero standards

• Delivering great customer service

• Keeping food preparation and customer areas clean and organised

• Following food safety and hygiene procedures

• Supporting opening, closing and cleaning tasks

• Working flexibly across both Birmingham locations when required

Hours will vary depending on business needs and availability, including evenings and weekends.
