Do you take pride in a job well done? Enjoy hands-on work where attention to detail makes a difference? Join Immaculate Dealer Solutions (IDS) as an Auto Detailer I and help deliver the quality and care that dealerships expect.

At IDS, we believe great service starts with great people. Our team works together to prepare vehicles for the road ahead, helping dealership partners present their inventory at its best. If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to learn, this is an opportunity to build your skills and become part of a team that takes pride in its work.

Immaculate Dealer Solutions was established in 2026 as a dealership-focused business, building on the experience of Crystal Clean. We provide professional vehicle detailing and preparation services to dealerships throughout West Michigan and surrounding areas.

Our focus is simple: deliver exceptional service, build strong customer relationships, and treat our people well. We value teamwork, accountability, quality, and a commitment to doing the job right.

As an Auto Detailer I, you’ll learn the fundamentals of dealership vehicle preparation, including cleaning, detailing, and preparing new and used vehicles to meet IDS and client standards.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable with physical work, and motivated to deliver quality results. You’ll work alongside a team, follow established processes, and develop your detailing skills in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Prepare vehicles for presentation: Learn and perform vehicle preparation and detailing for new and used inventory.
• Deliver quality results: Inspect your work before completion to ensure vehicles meet established standards and minimize the need for rework.
• Keep work moving: Meet daily productivity expectations while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Work safely: Follow all safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and vehicle-handling guidelines.
• Move vehicles when authorized: Safely drive and park vehicles on dealership property when authorized.
• Care for your tools: Use, clean, and maintain detailing equipment and supplies properly.
• Keep your workspace ready: Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked detailing bays and work areas.
• Communicate with your team: Report vehicle damage, equipment concerns, safety issues, and workflow challenges promptly.
• Represent IDS professionally: Build positive working relationships with teammates and dealership personnel.
• Support the team: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to help daily operations run smoothly.

You don’t need years of detailing experience to succeed. We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Able to follow instructions, learn new processes, and apply feedback.
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Committed to workplace safety and proper care of equipment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with the ability to safely move vehicles on dealership property when authorized.
• Previous detailing or automotive experience is helpful but not required.

This is an active, hands-on role that involves working on your feet and moving throughout the day in a dealership and vehicle-preparation environment.

• Standing and movement: Stand, walk, and move throughout the workday, including between vehicles and detailing bays.
• Bending and reaching: Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, stretch, and reach to clean vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Lifting and carrying: Lift, carry, and move detailing supplies, equipment, and other materials as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Repetitive tasks: Perform repetitive hand, arm, and upper-body movements while cleaning, wiping, vacuuming, and polishing vehicles.
• Working environment: Work indoors and outdoors as needed, with exposure to varying temperatures, water, cleaning products, and typical dealership and vehicle-service environments.
• Safety: Follow established safety procedures and use equipment properly throughout the workday.

Candidates should be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

As an Auto Detailer I, success means:

• Delivering consistently clean, well-prepared vehicles.
• Meeting productivity expectations without sacrificing quality.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Taking responsibility for tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Communicating clearly and working collaboratively with supervisors, teammates, and dealership staff.
