Campers Inn RV, the Nation's Largest Family-Operated RV Dealership, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Manager for a unique opportunity combining sales leadership and Finance & Insurance (F&I) management.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a sales team, drive dealership performance, and oversee financing operations while helping customers find their perfect "AWAY."

• Lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team.

• Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage financing, lender relationships, and F&I product offerings.

• Oversee deal structuring and guide transactions from sale through completion.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and ethical business practices.

• Automotive or RV dealership experience, preferably in sales management and/or F&I.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Knowledge of dealership financing, sales processes, and operations.

• A motivated, customer-focused professional with a commitment to results and integrity.

• $100,000–$150,000 estimated annual earning potential, including commissions
