We are looking for dependable individuals to join our roofing team. Previous roofing or construction experience is not required. We are willing to train someone who brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Whether you've worked in manufacturing, agriculture, landscaping, warehousing, delivery, military service, maintenance, automotive trades, customer service, or another hands-on role, we encourage you to apply.

• Assist with residential and commercial roofing projects
• Remove and install roofing materials under the guidance of experienced crew members
• Safely use tools and equipment after training
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow company safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally

Successful candidates typically have:

• A history of steady employment and reliability
• At least 5 years of work experience in any industry or combination of industries
• The ability to learn new skills and take direction
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependability and punctuality
• The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
