Responsibilities:
What you'll do
Carry a felony and misdemeanor caseload from arraignment through verdict.
Prepare and try jury trials, including serious felonies.
Handle motions, preliminary hearings, and sentencing.
Receive direct mentorship from an attorney with over 30 years of jury trial experience.
Qualifications:
Active California State Bar member in good standing.
Jury trial experience (prosecution or defense or family).
Strong courtroom presence, writing, and judgment under pressure.
