This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, customer-facing technology projects from initial kickoff through successful delivery and closure.
You will manage a portfolio of cloud-based, integration-focused initiatives while coordinating closely with customers and internal technical teams.
Your work will directly influence project outcomes, ensuring solutions are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
You will partner with senior stakeholders, implementation engineers, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
The role combines strong project management discipline with enough technical understanding to navigate integration and technology-driven initiatives effectively.
You will also contribute to the continued development of a growing PMO by introducing best practices and sharing your delivery expertise.
This is an opportunity to take significant ownership, influence teams, and deliver measurable value in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Accountabilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer projects, including initiatives supporting strategic accounts and complex technology implementations.
  • Own project delivery outcomes from kickoff through completion, ensuring customer-facing solutions are delivered successfully.
  • Establish project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and delivery objectives, while maintaining clear visibility throughout each project phase.
  • Lead project kickoffs, planning sessions, status meetings, and regular delivery reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements clearly and consistently.
  • Coordinate implementation engineers and cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders toward shared delivery objectives and positive customer outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive and senior-level contacts, and effectively manage expectations throughout delivery.
  • Understand and communicate the business value of technology solutions to customers and project stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of project deliverables, proactively identifying issues and driving appropriate actions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project resources, forecasting, time accounting, budgets, and other portfolio management activities in accordance with established practices.
  • Collaborate across business and technical functions to communicate project needs, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the PMO by applying project management expertise, improving delivery practices, and supporting organizational growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of professional project management experience, with a demonstrated commitment to continued growth in the discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience delivering cloud-based technology solutions, preferably in customer-facing environments.
  • Prior experience with EDI, managed file transfer, data movement, file transfer technologies, or B2B integration is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing resources, schedules, budgets, and project portfolios using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or comparable software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of multiple customer projects concurrently while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical, business, customer, and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable working with senior and executive-level stakeholders as well as implementation and engineering teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset, accountability, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% as required by the role.
Benefits
  • Compensation range of $110,000–$130,000.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Supportive culture focused on healthy work-life balance.
  • 401(k) employer match.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Remote work environment.
  • Opportunities for accelerated career progression and salary growth.
  • Opportunity to work on customer-facing technology and integration projects at scale.
  • Collaborative, energetic, and supportive working environment.
