We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RV Service Advisor to join our team. As an RV Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers who require RV maintenance, repairs, and service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service center

- Listen to customers' concerns and provide them with accurate information regarding their RV's maintenance and repair needs

- Schedule appointments for customers and ensure that their RVs are serviced in a timely manner

- Provide customers with detailed estimates of the cost of repairs and maintenance

- Communicate with customers throughout the service process to keep them informed of the status of their RVs

- Ensure that all work performed on RVs is completed to the highest standards of quality

- Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed on RVs

- Work closely with the service team to ensure that all customer needs are met

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of RV maintenance and repair is preferred

- Proficiency in computer systems and software
