OFFICE MANAGER / ADMINISTRATOR Burlington, Ontario | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 100% On-Site | This is an on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per yearAbout UsWe are a growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) organization with 300+ employees across multiple restaurant locations, with continued expansion ahead. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and hands-on Office Manager / Administrator to join our team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration, accounting and payroll functions of our growing business.This is an in-office position based in Burlington, Ontario, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and managing multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.The RoleAs our Office Manager / Administrator, you will provide administrative and financial support across our growing restaurant operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow with an expanding company.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office administration and general office operationsProcess and coordinate payroll for employees across multiple restaurant locationsMaintain accurate employee, payroll and administrative recordsAssist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and general bookkeepingProcess and reconcile invoices, receipts, payments and expensesAssist with bank reconciliations and other accounting-related tasksMaintain organized financial and administrative documentationPrepare, maintain and update reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft ExcelTrack expenses, sales and other financial information as requiredAssist with month-end reporting and financial administrationWork with restaurant managers and ownership/management to collect and verify informationSupport scheduling, documentation and other administrative requirementsLiaise with external accountants, payroll providers, vendors and other business partners as requiredMaintain confidentiality of payroll, employee and financial informationIdentify opportunities to improve administrative and accounting processes as the company continues to growProvide general administrative support to management and the restaurant operations teamWhat We're Looking For3+ years of relevant experience in office administration, bookkeeping, accounting administration or a similar roleStrong Microsoft Excel skills — comfortable with formulas, spreadsheets, sorting/filtering, reporting and data organizationFamiliarity with QuickBooks and general accounting/bookkeeping processesHands-on experience with payroll processingExperience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivableStrong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principlesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location QSR/restaurant environmentRestaurant, hospitality, retail or multi-location business experience is considered an assetWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a growing multi-location QSR organizationFull-time, permanent positionMonday to Friday, in-office in BurlingtonOpportunity for professional growth as the company continues to expandCompensationSalary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.Location & ScheduleBurlington, OntarioFull-time | 100% On-Site | Monday to Friday | This is an on-site position. Requirements:
Payroll & Office Admin Experience (3+ Years)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Experience with QuickBooks
5 days/week in person (Burlington)
Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bookkeeping, Accounting Administration (3+ Years Experience)
Demonstrated experience processing and reconciling invoices and vendor statements (3+ Years experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
