Part-Time Administrative Coordinator

Role Summary

ProTech Services Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations across client services, finance, and internal team initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who can work independently, proactively manage tasks, and collaborate effectively across teams. The position offers a flexible daytime schedule totaling approximately 12–18 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Support client onboarding and retention activities, ensuring a smooth and professional client experienceAssist with event preparation and coordination, including materials and logisticsPerform aging invoice follow-ups and basic administrative support for finance-related tasksMaintain and update data, reports, and spreadsheets (Excel)Assist with client marketing materials and onboarding packagesHelp maintain a professional and organized office environment, including:Preparing conference rooms for client and guest meetingsStocking conference room refrigerators and refreshmentsManaging kitchen and common area suppliesProvide general administrative and operational support to the teamHandle ad hoc projects and miscellaneous office needs as they ariseWhat We’re Looking For

Prior office or administrative experience requiredHighly self-directed, with the ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyProactive, responsive, and collaborative team playerComfortable working in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)Strong communication skills and follow-throughWork Environment & Physical Requirements

Primarily desk-based work with extended computer useAbility to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
