Epic ASAP Application System Principal Trainer II- IT Care Connect IP Support

Work location: Texas Health Resources, 612 E. Lamar Blvd, Arlington, Texas 76011
(Primarily Remote)
Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support required.

Here's What You Need
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (Preferred)
• 4 years of relevant work experience with no degree (Required) Or,
• 2 years or relevant experience with an Associate's degree (Required) Or,
• 1 year of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Epic ASAP Certification (Preferred)
• Epic Principal Trainer experience (Highly Preferred)
What You Will Do
• Develop and maintain application training environments including developing training scenarios, functionality design, building test patient and user profiles, validating test user security
• Design and develop training curriculum for upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Determine appropriate methodologies used for training deployment
• Provides coordination for training and user support for go-lives and upgrades
• Supports credentialing and mentoring new end user trainers
