Regional VP, Sales

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional VP, Sales in the United States.

In this role, you will lead enterprise sales efforts across strategic healthcare markets, driving the adoption of an advanced AI-powered behavioral science platform designed to improve patient engagement and health outcomes. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with senior executives across health plans and health systems, positioning innovative technology as a strategic lever for care improvement and cost efficiency. This is a high-impact, consultative sales leadership role requiring deep understanding of complex healthcare ecosystems and multi-stakeholder deal cycles. You will own pipeline generation, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion while acting as a trusted advisor to executive decision-makers. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with internal product, clinical, and delivery teams to shape winning go-to-market strategies. You will operate in a fast-moving environment where relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution excellence are critical. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence how healthcare organizations adopt AI-driven behavioral interventions at scale.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic healthcare accounts, and positioning innovative AI-driven solutions to senior stakeholders across complex enterprise environments.

  • Lead new business development efforts across targeted health systems and health plan accounts
  • Build and execute go-to-market and pipeline generation strategies to move prospects through complex sales cycles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior healthcare decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions to strategic priorities such as care quality, engagement, and cost optimization
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve barriers and accelerate deal progression
  • Navigate complex healthcare ecosystems, including payers, providers, consultants, and employer stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting to support forecasting and performance tracking
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment across legal, procurement, and clinical stakeholders
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise healthcare sales experience, strong executive presence, and proven success in selling complex technology solutions into regulated environments.

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in healthcare technology, digital health, or health systems
  • Proven success selling into health systems and/or health plans at a regional or national level
  • Experience with AI, ML, or data-driven healthcare solutions preferred
  • Strong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and contract negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, payer-provider dynamics, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level storytelling skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management and pipeline discipline
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience using CRM and sales intelligence tools such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferred
