Accountabilities:
  • Lead and oversee vocational rehabilitation service delivery, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and alignment with organizational KPIs and standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and support vocational rehabilitation specialists and team leads to strengthen performance, engagement, and professional development.
  • Drive service excellence by optimizing care delivery models and ensuring consistency across client programs and service lines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships that support business growth and service expansion.
  • Monitor staffing needs, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure effective service coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making related to service delivery models, business priorities, and operational improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within vocational services teams.
  • Support client relationship management by anticipating needs, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support teams in adapting to evolving service requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, rehabilitation best practices, and applicable disability management frameworks.
Requirements
  • Degree or Master’s degree in a related discipline such as rehabilitation, health sciences, or social sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation or a closely related field.
  • Relevant professional designation such as RRP, RCCS, RVP, CVRP, or equivalent (completed or in progress).
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation practices, disability management frameworks, and insurance industry standards.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to improve client outcomes and service performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
