At Atlantic Emergency Solutions, our Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in keeping our Service Centers running smoothly.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- No rotating shifts
- Paid holidays, no waiting period

Work Environment:
- Manassas, VA
- Primary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional interaction in the shop area as needed
- Fast paced Service Center supporting emergency vehicles
Key Job Duties:
- Oversee administrative functions including answering phones, greeting customers, distributing mail, ordering office supplies
- Process payroll for the assigned location by correcting errors associated with CDK technician time reports
- Opening repair orders
- Credit card reconciliation
- Using an online billing system for invoices and receiving payments
- Other administrative duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an administrative, service, or parts role preferably in a dealership or heavy duty environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with CDK or similar service management systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
