Job Description
We are seeking the right person to oversee multiple site projects both in the field and remotely. The applicant should have excellent communication skills, be initiative-taking, and organized with the ability to keep projects moving forward. In the field, this person would be responsible for maintaining safety standards, tracking progress daily and working directly with Project Managers to meet the customers’ needs. The applicant must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. We are a drug-free workplace. This person must have the ability to travel up to (3) weeks consecutively, if needed.

Field Supervisors are a member of the Field Services Department and are responsible for the management of multiple jobsites. As a Field Supervisor you will:

Field Supervisors are a member of the Field Services Department and are responsible for the management of multiple jobsites. As a Field Supervisor you will:
- Manage multiple site installation schedules.
- Frequent travel to job sites in the United States
- Build and maintain relationships with Installers, Vendors, and Project Managers.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and ensure all projects are in OSHA compliance.
- Assist Project Manager with all on-site coordination.
- Monitor, inspect, and communicate work progression at multiple job sites.
- Initiate field change requests.
- Champion quality control
- Create and ensure completion of punch list items.
- Conduct safety meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Review, approve and submit job completion documents.
- Ensure proper permit close-out processes.
- Train installation contractors in ‘Best Practices’ for the installation of products.
- May be responsible for the work of multiple sites and crews daily
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Desired:
- OSHA 30 certification. (can be obtained upon hiring)
- CPR-First Aid certification (can be obtained upon hiring)
- API certification (can be obtained upon hiring)
- Literacy in Microsoft Office products.
- Sign or Petroleum experience is beneficial.
- Experience in light commercial construction industry (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within/under budget.
- Good decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding phone & Customer Service skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in teams within a rapidly changing deadline driven environment.
- Initiative-taker with strong follow through.
