Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a full-time Inside Sales & Fleet Coordinator to support our sales team, fleet customers, key accounts, and walk-in customers while coordinating projects from quote to delivery.
Responsibilities- Create and manage customer quotes, including pricing and project details.
- Convert approved quotes into accurate work orders.
- Assist walk-in customers and recommend appropriate truck equipment solutions.
- Support Enterprise Fleet Management accounts and coordinate vehicle upfits.
- Communicate with customers regarding job status, timelines, and questions.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and vendors to keep projects on track.
- Review vehicle specifications to ensure accurate quoting and installations.
- Verify parts, labor, and job details for order accuracy.
- Assist with ordering parts and checking inventory after training.
- Coordinate deliveries, vehicle pickups, and customer appointments.
- Perform final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Generate status reports for open quotes and jobs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communicator in person, by phone, and email.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Interested in vehicles and learning truck equipment products.
- Positive, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Enjoys solving problems and helping customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- Customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with vehicles, fleet, automotive, or truck equipment strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and specifications is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
