What You'll Do
As Assistant Manager, you'll partner closely with the Chef and ownership team to ensure our restaurants operate at the highest level every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead daily restaurant operations across multiple concepts
- Inspire, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house team members
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new employees
- Assist with scheduling, managing labor, and supporting timekeeping discrepencies
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Maintain outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
- Monitor inventory and ordering
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Support catering events, food truck operations, and special projects as needed
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture where team members can thrive

- Competitive salary: $44,000–$54,000 annually, based on experience
Work Environment
This role combines restaurant leadership with administrative support. You'll spend time managing daily operations in our restaurants while also supporting catering events and food truck operations when needed. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
