Analista de RevOps Jnior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de RevOps Júnior based in Brazil.

This role supports revenue operations by improving the quality, organization, and usability of commercial data.
You will work closely with marketing, SDR, BDR, and sales teams to optimize CRM processes and support go-to-market initiatives.
The position combines data operations, automation, research, and process improvement in a technology-driven environment.
You will help ensure teams have reliable insights and accurate information to create more personalized sales strategies.
This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to develop expertise in RevOps, CRM, automation, and commercial intelligence.
You will contribute to building scalable processes that improve efficiency and support business growth.

Accountabilities:

As a Junior RevOps Analyst, you will support daily revenue operations activities by maintaining reliable commercial data, improving workflows, and enabling sales teams with actionable information. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM accuracy, optimize processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of go-to-market operations.

  • Support company and contact data enrichment within CRM platforms.
  • Validate commercial information, identifying and preventing duplicates and inconsistencies.
  • Assist with account classification based on segments, ideal customer profiles (ICP), fit criteria, and prioritization levels.
  • Review information generated through automation tools and AI solutions to ensure data quality.
  • Operate basic workflows using tools such as CRM platforms, no-code/low-code automation tools, spreadsheets, and data sources.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of commercial lists and account-based marketing (ABM) databases.
  • Document operational processes, workflows, and best practices while suggesting improvements.
  • Provide sales teams with data and insights to support more personalized prospecting approaches.
  • Assist with simple automation and data enrichment routines to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strengthen commercial processes and data visibility.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an organized and curious professional interested in revenue operations, CRM management, automation, and commercial processes. You should enjoy working with data, improving workflows, and supporting business teams through accurate and actionable information.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant academic background.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and structured databases.
  • Interest in CRM systems, automation, artificial intelligence, and sales processes.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow processes, document learnings, and maintain operational consistency.
  • Curiosity to research companies, markets, sales channels, and commercial opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, B2B prospecting, CRM, or commercial operations.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Sales Operations, commercial intelligence, or pre-sales processes.
  • Familiarity with Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.
  • Experience with B2B data enrichment.
  • Understanding of ABM strategies, outbound sales, ICP definition, account segmentation, or lead prioritization.
