HTI is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a leading automotive manufacturer in Anderson, SC. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced maintenance leader to oversee plant maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll DoAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime, ensure safe work practices, and support production goals. Key responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for production equipment and plant systems.
Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Drive improvements in equipment reliability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), MTTR, and MTBF.
Plan labor resources and prioritize maintenance activities to support production schedules.
Manage the maintenance budget and capital expenditure requirements.
Oversee maintenance inventory, spare parts, and maintenance storeroom organization.
Coordinate outside contractors and ensure compliance with plant safety requirements.
Support new equipment installations, launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure maintenance work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
Partner with production, engineering, quality, logistics, and EHS teams to improve plant performance.
Required Qualifications
7-9 years of industrial maintenance experience with complex manufacturing equipment.
Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
Technical certification or equivalent experience in one or more of the following:
Mechanical
Electrical
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ability to lead teams and manage maintenance priorities in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Automotive manufacturing experience.
Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
Knowledge of maintenance KPIs including OEE, MTTR, and MTBF.
Experience managing maintenance budgets and outside contractors.
Familiarity with safety systems including LOTO and environmental standards.
