This is a remote leadership opportunity for an experienced outbound sales professional who excels at building pipelines and creating growth opportunities.
The role focuses on owning the top of the sales funnel, designing outreach strategies, and generating qualified opportunities for a high-growth environment.
You will have full ownership of prospecting efforts, from lead research and messaging to campaign optimization and performance tracking.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape outbound strategy and directly contribute to revenue growth.

The Outbound Sales Lead will be responsible for building and optimizing the outbound sales engine, generating qualified opportunities, and ensuring a strong pipeline through structured prospecting and continuous improvement. This role requires independence, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to execute sales initiatives.
- Build and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone using structured outreach sequences.
- Develop, test, and optimize cold call scripts, messaging strategies, and prospecting approaches.
- Conduct prospect research and create targeted lead lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
- Refine ideal customer profiles based on campaign performance, market insights, and feedback from sales conversations.
- Conduct qualification calls to validate prospect needs, timing, and fit before scheduling meetings.
- Prepare detailed handoff notes and briefs to support effective sales conversations with senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring every prospect has clear information, status, and next actions.
- Track and report key sales metrics, including outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked, qualification rates, and pipeline generation.
- Continuously experiment with outbound strategies to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
The ideal candidate is a senior outbound sales professional with proven experience generating pipeline for SaaS companies. They should be highly organized, metrics-driven, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, and capable of operating independently in a remote environment.
- 3–5 years of outbound sales experience selling to U.S.-based SaaS companies.
- Proven success in cold outbound sales, consistently generating qualified meetings and pipeline.
- Native or near-native English proficiency, with confidence communicating with U.S. founders, executives, and technical leaders.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders, and other technical decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales tools, including Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to build, manage, and optimize outbound sequences independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure results, identify opportunities, and iterate quickly.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities with minimal supervision.
